Five years of Ladyhood

Five years ago we made our first dress. It was a pencil midi in subdued 'wax' print: streamlined, elegant and timeless. We were beyond excited to see a concept come to life. The gift of creation is so precious - we have chosen to use ours to create the world of the Lady.

We started with clothing, but there is so much more we hope to share with you in the near future. Our first question is always about you - where you are going, how you are living. We design feminine, African inspired clothes that are handmade in Lagos for a woman on a mission. The Lady we design for has nothing to prove. She is her own woman - confident, at ease and full of zest for the life she lives. We cannot thank you enough for being part of our journey.

We commissioned a wonderfully talented lady - Iva Hass - to illustrate some of our most loved pieces, and we were so emotional when we received her stunning artwork!

We hope you love these illustrations as much as we loved designing these pieces for you.
