We aim to fulfil your order quickly and efficiently; all orders are shipped via international courier (DHL).

The time frame for order delivery is as follows:

• Processing Time: Order verification, processing, quality check and packaging take 2 business days.
  
• Shipping Time: International delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Domestic delivery takes 3 Business days.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are determined by destination and weight, and will be computed at the time of purchase.

The Ladymaker ships to over 100 countries worldwide via DHL, with the amount paid fully inclusive of delivery to the specified international delivery address. However, certain countries may charge additional duties, taxes or custom fees, which must be paid by the customer. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment.
