Production
Your outfit is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. -
Fittings
Up to 3 fittings are required for precision. If unavailable, a model may be used (client covers model fee). -
Completion & Delivery
The final piece is reviewed and delivered or picked up.

Can I make changes after placing an order?
Changes are discouraged after design approval. If needed, additional fees will apply.
Do you offer express services?
Yes, available at a premium charge.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes, virtual services are available for remote clients.
Can I cancel my order?
No, once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

What is the starting price for your bridal gowns? |
Our bespoke bridal gowns begin at ₦8,000,000/ $ 5,800 for wedding dresses and ₦5,000,000/ $3,500 for traditional outfits depending on fabric, detailing, and level of customisation. Each gown is individually handcrafted, so the final price reflects the craftsmanship and design complexity. |

What is required to secure my booking? |
To begin your bridal journey with us, we schedule your private consultation, confirm your design direction, and then secure your production slot with 100% payment and signed agreement. Once confirmed, your gown moves into active development in our atelier. |

Do you offer instalment payment plans? |
Yes you can make payments in installment. However, we require full payment before the outfit is taken into production. |

When is full payment due? |
This is due 8-10 weeks before your final fitting date to enable us enter the outfit into production and meet up with the scheduled timelines. |

Are alterations included? |
Once an outfit has been sent to production, the design cannot be altered. |

How many months before my wedding should I book? |
We typically advise you make your booking 4-6 months before your event. |

How many fittings are included? |
Our standard process includes at least three fittings. The initial structure fitting, a refinement fitting, and a final fitting close to your wedding date. Depending on the design complexity, additional fittings may be scheduled to ensure perfection. |

Where are fittings held? |
Fittings are held at the LMA studio. |

What if I lose or gain weight? |
We schedule fittings closer to your wedding date to ensure a precise fit. Minor adjustments are part of the process. |

What is your cancellation/refund policy? |
Our outfits are fully bespoke and crafted specifically for each client. Once a booking is confirmed and production begins, payments are non-refundable as resources and atelier time are allocated exclusively to your outfit. We guide our brides carefully through the process to ensure complete alignment before production starts. |

Can I bring family or my stylist? |
Of course. We encourage brides to bring 1–3 trusted guests; stylist included to keep the session intimate and focused. |

Do you ship internationally? |
Yes we do. Each outfit is professionally packaged and shipped via insured courier, with tracking provided. We also align delivery timelines to ensure you receive your outfit comfortably before your wedding. Costs are calculated based on destination and delivery timeline and a detailed breakdown is provided before dispatch. |
